I never heard @zazzpizzasg until @juliuslim intro to me, famous for Freshly pizza using woodfire oven. We ordered signature Parma Buratta, the pizza with crispy edge with burn taste and chewy in the centre, topped with tomato based, Parma and Burrata. The Burrata can be more creamier.

Finally made it to Zazz Pizza after hearing so much about their wood fired pies some time ago.

Since I’ve established how big of a burrata slut I am, it should come as no surprise that Zazz Pizza’s one of my fave pizza joints.
