Such is the comfort of scrambled eggs with juicy chunks of tomatoes and diamonds of spring onions.

How do you like your fried rice?

Wok-braised loofah with dried sole fish-seasoned minced pork, straw mushrooms and fried egg pieces in superior stock.

Steamed snakehead fish slices with a beautiful bouquet of spring onion and coriander over a sea of superior soy sauce spiked with sesame oil and bits of red chillies to add depth.

House-made bean curd is deep-fried to perfection — crisp on the outside, extremely soft on the inside — and served with a sauce made with superior soy sauce and sesame oil.

I suppose this dish needs no introduction.

Long time since I've had this~ :D
Best wrapped in fresh cabbage with their famous ginger sauce!
