The tipsy cake — sugar-crusted and brandy-soaked brioche made-to-order — with the spit roast pineapple is probably my fave.

Iberico pork.

Inspired by a dish from circa 1590, the delicate quail takes to roasting really well...tender and pleasantly succulent with just enough bite.

Travelled half way round the world just to eat this.
