Famous for late-night supper, somehow I didn't think that most of Newton Food Centre stalls aren't going to be open for lunch 😅 Among the few that were already open, I found Kwee Heng Duck Noodle most interesting because they got more reviews on Burpple.

"But your pic doesn't like like duck noodle wah?" 🤔 Correecctt! Bad pronounciation gives me wanton noodle instead 😂

No regrets though 😁 QQ noodles coated in addictive char siew sauce. Wanton even better than the ones from the ubiquitous wanton stall. The skin is not as thin, but they do have more filling and richer in taste. Sadly the char siew doesn't par with the rest, being so rubbery I can't chew most of it 😔 Probably I will go for the actual duck noodle or a wanton soup next time 😝
