Yogurt on soba❓

When i saw the combination I was abit like.. SUS cause it looked plain and dry.
But was so happy when the taste proved me wrong,,
The soba was perfectly seasoned and together with that furikake crispy egg.. good🤝
The slightly charred salmon skin was smooth yet crispy with flesh tasted so juicy.🐟
I was pleasantly suprised how well the nori yogurt fitted in together with everything. It added a refreshing yet creamy taste which completed the flavour.🥣

Recommended it to my friend and she liked it as well☺️
