If you don't know, mookata is a [definitely non-halal] thai-style BBQ and Steamboat. They're using this special-pan(?) In which you have a griller in the middle and boiler (for soup) surrounding it in 1 pan - instead of butter or margarine, they use pork-lard to grease it. Commonly 1 portion (for share) includes pork, chicken, beef, seafood with some veggies as a sidekick.

Well, grilled meat cannot go wrong, right? There's just a good, and better ones..? If that's the case, then this one should be in the 'good' group. The meat was tender and juicy, the broth was great. But a for me (yondy's with me! 😂) the seasoning wise, it wasn't that..(how do i say it)..well-absorbed?
