The once-a-month Macdonalds quota to try the new sweet chilli fish burger special and the much talked about chocolate pie ($1.40). I deserve to get shot for actually liking the super crispy crust of the fish patty but would have appreciated way more sauce cos what’s with mcdonalds and their constant stinge on their sauces? Once I actually went past the crust to the fish, it did taste a tad fishy but it was at an acceptable level. Overall, probably better off ordering the fish and fries so that you get 2 pieces of fish in place of 2 pieces of tasteless buns.

The chocolate pie was rich with thick chocolate and good as a once off dessert but I would not crave nor miss it now that it is gone. Nothing to wow about, just very chocolatey.
