Ginger & Miso braised Chicken guts & vegetables served w rice & pickles. A savory dish that went well with warm rice. The menu said chicken guts, but it was more of just chicken skin & liver. Was expecting more variety of innards like giblets that would have provided a different texture. There were cubes of konnyaku jelly which was really bouncy & yummy! Makes a simple, home-cooked meal 🍲
