Yam Ring. by Justin Teo | Burpple

I'll come back for this dish, and I found this yam ring to be better than at many tze char places. It has an airy and crisp crust, holding together very smooth yam topped with a poached egg. Even the asparagus were good, as they had a heavenly wok hei scent to them.

Some scotch eggs, some crispy duck, some pork knuckle.

Not so lonely planet set ($30++/3 plates) which took over their usual lunch menu.

Chee Cheong Fun Ding Dong (scallops, blue swimmer crab, tiger prawns, clam stock, chilli, garlic, lime juice, and fish sauce) from Ding Dong (@dingdongsg).

Moving on the bigger plates, the star of the night for me was none other than the Peranakan-inspired beef short ribs with a rich buah keluak sauce and wing bean salad.

@DingDongSG has some yummy, fun, and even frozen, #cocktails!
