The pici and gnocchi were wonderful. Done al dente and enveloped in flavourful sauces, they were well worth the queue! My favourite was the pici as it went really well with the cacio & pepe (cheese & pepper), which was rich but not cloying.
Didn’t really enjoy the fettuccine because of the nduja, but the mascarpone & lemon sauce helped to brighten it up. My friends enjoyed it though!
