If you have tried the tonkatsu here at Hajime Tonkatsu & Ramen, you would have already known the high quality of the food served here.

For the same reason, you should try the Ebi Fry Ramen (S$16.90).

The Tonkatsu broth is absolutely flavourful, a result of having infused with a special sakura ebi pasta and simmered in-house for 12 hours. Ebi fry is breaded (with fresh bread crumbs) and fried upon order, explains the freshness and good bite to it. Tartar sauce is also made in-house!
