My dining companion actually commented that they used to had more mushrooms and dried shrimps in their filling. Similar to @ieatishootipost's review though, their skin is indeed not sticky or gooey, but thick and chewy. It goes really well with their sambal chili. No ratings as I'm not entirely sure what makes a good crystal dumpling/shui jing pau.
