We both loved the rich, full-bodied broth that packs a punch of flavor 😍 Each bowl is completed with tender slices of pork, and slurping good onsen egg. Sadly the noodle itself is a bit off... A bit too thick for my liking and slightly undercooked(?) Or should I say al dente? 😂 Still a very good ramen though 😄
