Emporium Shokuhin has recently revamped their dining area and one of the new eateries introduced after the makeover is Shio & Pepe, a casual eatery serving Japanese-Italian food and Giovanni L.

I like their pretty star shaped crispy thin crust pizza that is stuffed with creamy camembert cheese and topped with lobster chunks, prawns and crunchy rocket. The best part is that the lobster claw is not there just for show! There is fresh lobster claw meat in there up for grabs!
