With slices of perfectly seared Norwegian salmon and salmon caviar sitting on a bed of Japanese rice, edamame & bonito flakes, one can already imagine the light yet extremely satisfying dish this will turn out to be.
Top it up with their smoked tea dashi, which they use oolong to brew & allow you to taste before pouring it in, this near perfect dish just got even better!
As shared by the team, if you find the dashi too salty, fear not, the team will be more than willing to make a fresh batch for you! But trust me on this, the dashi is so good, you can literally drink it on its own like tea.
