Kaledo Soup from Central Sulawesi. Here is my first lunch of 2014. I've been wanting to eat this since I set foot in Jakarta but I only got the chance on New Year. Cheeky eh. This is a bone marrow of a cow and what we eat actually is the marrow (eating the bone would be bad for your teeth) by sucking it out straight (the fun way) or sucking it with a straw (the weird way but safer). Rating for the restaurant is 3 out of 5. They made it too salty when it's supposed to be slightly salty and sour because of the use of lime as the base of the soup.
