Italian cuisine in Seoul, why not?😉Especially when it’s seoul good that I wouldn’t mind coming back again✌🏻! Hardly would you find pasta in a bread bowl and even though this was a carbs-loaded dish, the word ‘diet’ can be forgone for once just for this pasta bread bowl! 😛 With your choice of Rosa or Cream sauce, I opted for the latter since Rosa is a mix of tomato & cream which I am not a fan of 🍅 . Comprising of sliced mushrooms and broccoli, a meat-free and vegetarian-friendly dish, the spaghetti noodles were done to a slight al dente texture and drenched in a pool of creamy, luscious cream sauce. Highly recommended to share or consume it when you are starving, as the cream sauce can get a tad overwhelming after some time. The bread bowl inevitably turned soggy due to contact with the cream sauce but I certainly do not mind, being a fan of soft > hard bread🤭. Furthermore the cream sauce serves as a great complement to the pillowy and fluffy bread💖. Despite that, the ‘cap’ still remains crisp and crusty! 👍🏻 On the other hand, the Risotto as featured here is served with your choice of Tomato, Rosa or Cream sauce. I chose the Rosa sauce this time round, in the hope to balance off the overwhelming aftermath from the creamy pasta bread bowl but true enough, my loathe for tomato still holds a significant role here, as the characteristic tangy note of tomato was still an unpleasant sensation to my palate 🤭. Do note that it’s just personal preference here, as my dining partner who’s neutral to tomatoes enjoyed this dish greatly. Comprising of shrimps and mushrooms, the risotto is slow cooked to a slight grainy, thick and creamy texture which I adore too! 😋 Prices may not be exactly favourable here but the, generous and filling portion is certainly worth it! ✨.
