Don’t be fooled by the look of this simple salad - every bite of the fresh lettuce was crisp and coated with fragrant extra virgin olive oil, along with a sprinkling of oregano, making it an amazingly appetising starter. The tomatoes were sweet, and the fat from the feta cheese provided a nice balance to the dish. Don’t forget your greens - this dish is definitely a must have if you are going to order other meat dishes at Pita Tree Mediterranean!
