Dolce Tokyo Italian Café ( @dolcetokyosg) , a Japanese-Italian café, had set up their first outlet at @313somerset in 2013, a concept new to Singapore then. They have unfortunately shut the doors on their first outlet.

As @danielfooddiary pointed out in his 2013 blog article, "313 Somerset just got sweeter with the opening of Japanese-Italian café Dolce Tokyo. And also more Japanese with surrounding shops like Lowry’s Farm and Uniqlo at Level 3 (which look like where I can get my entire wardrode from).". While Uniqlo moved to Orchard Central for their expansion of the flagship store, the other two retailers failed to survive the economic crisis of 2016/2017. Lowry's Farm exited Singapore completely in 2015 closing all 8 outets. For Dolce Tokyo, this outlet was observed to be closed in early 2018 and their only remaining outlet in Singapore is at Bugis Junction @bugisjunctionxbugisplus.
