Was pretty bitter, with a strong hojicha taste. It was a crisp and flaky croissant, moist inside and crisp outside. Tho $9 for a single croissant is a bit much, I guess it's because of the hojicha powder.

They've improved a lot - it used to be more greasy and lamination is a lot better! Would repurchase again :)
