Kazuo Yamagishi (The inventor of Tsukemen). Joshoken is famous for their rich Tsukemen (Tried when they first opened in Bugis, totally worth it). I ordered Stamina Tonkotsu ramen (SGD$13.80), it comes with 1 flavoured egg, 1 slices of Chashu and a mountain of boiled bean sprouts & cabbage.

The Tonkotsu broth was thick and strong with a thin layer of pork fat on it, while the noodles was cooked to perfection. It was firm and bouncy.

The fresh and crunchy sprouts and cabbage neutralized the oilness flavour of the soup. What a great combination!

Overall, this was a pretty good bowl of ramen(It will be even better if eat it in a cold day). I will definitely come back when I hungry for some good ramen!
