This is brewed with a blend of Gohyaku Mangoku rice, Yamada Nishiki rice, and Miyama Nishiki rice, all polished to 45%, by the Hakkaisan Brewery Company in Minamiuonuma city, Niigata prefecture, Chubu region of Japan.

It has a clear transparent colour, with aromas of freshly steamed white rice, spring water, honeydew melon, and clean grass.

The body is semi-dry, crisp, light, and refreshing, with tastes of morning dew, mountain snow, red apple, and walnuts.

Served chilled, this has bright fruity mineral earthy sweet flavour, very elegant and refined.
