1.5 munchies: Unfortunately, the combination of sweet and salty did not work for these bacon strips dipped in dark and white chocolate. I also could not appreciate the dry and rubbery texture of the meat that lacked curing (could be due to the strong flavours of the ganache). The flavours as a whole were so bizarrely one-dimensional that I couldn't munch even half a strip. I'd rather bring home the Jekyll & Hyde novella.
