The service was a little slow even without a crowd but pasta was pretty good! (and I’m not even a carbs lover) You could “build your own pasta” or order straight from the a la carte menu - I had the Supreme Porky Marinara and almost cleaned my plate! Enjoyed the intense and tangy tomato-based marinara sauce and texture of the long pasta; the pork croutons added a very nice crunch (like the fried pork lard in bak chor mee but less fatty); Haus Bacon slices were alright too but I’m not quite a fan of the meatball, a little too porky for my liking 🐷
