From the peculiar but fascinating risotto-bisque-tasting Bisi Bale Bathe to the masala dosa (gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous texture with a crunchy exterior and pillowy chewy depth) to the benne dosa (butter. This is just butter. Butter is great. I love butter), we worked our way through a number of offerings and left with a much lighter mood than when we arrived. Although physically, we were significantly heavier. But hey, it's vegetarian so that means it's healthy right? .
