Though I'm not a fan of duck hearts but with Chef preparing it, I'll gladly order again and savor every morsel of it. I'll surely ask for a little extra sauce to slather onto the meat coz I love the sauce...a lot. Who cares if there's fat in it. I'll just do a 5k run the following day. .
