Chou, White Sesame Cream and Praline, Lime Coulis. Yet another one of the few new items at Patisserie G — unlike most other sesame desserts where the flavours are relatively heavy, this one came pretty balanced; the cream hints of a light, sesame aroma while encasing a rich, thick and sticky Praline within for a sweet contrast. The Lime Coulis in the Chou provides a zingy kick — refreshing but also a wee bit overwhelming and throwing the dessert pretty off balance; thought it could actually do without the lime coulis.
