This Miyazaki A5 Wagyu was super tender. Topped with sea urchin, and caviar, then torched to bring out the smoky flavour.

💞 Japanese Amberjack Carpaccio
The firm fish in aromatic truffle oil was incredibly fresh.

💞 Stewed Wagyu Hamburg. Can’t believe that it’s only $15. The wagyu patty was pretty big; cooked and browned on the teppan, and served in a stew of housemade tomato-based sauce with onsen egg and seasonal Japanese vegetables. Totally heartwarming.
