The set comes with a traditional boiled soup of the day, signature samsui ginger chicken, birthday braised noodles with chicken & mushrooms, garlic broccoli, two new dishes in Ah Ma’s Braised Baby Ribs and Hometown Tofu with Trio Eggs & Dried Scallop, Samsui Bao Bao that pays homage to the Samsui women heritage, double-boiled melon with honey dates and bottled chrysanthemum tea.

The Ah Ma’s Braised Baby Ribs is paired with steamed mantou and the ribs are braised for four hours and simmered over low heat for two additional hours to achieve a tender and juicy texture. The tofu in the Hometown Tofu dish also requires an amount of work as the tofu is made from scratch every day.
