$6 - egg was beautifully poached, loved the crunch of the dukkah. The saffron mayo was slightly out of place though. An enjoyable dish, but pricey for the portion.

[Maggie Joan’s Dining & Bar] - Sourced from a boutique farm in Spain, the Duroc Pork Chop ($42) comes from pigs that are fed on olives.
Another dish that we unanimously enjoyed during the 8-course Tasting Menu ($140++) is the Hokkaido Scallop course.
It’s very rare for a dish to be featuring beetroot, let alone making this root vegetable the centerpiece of this creation.
With a new Group Executive Chef on board, Chef Seumas Smith has brought along his years of culinary experience, where he worked in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants previously, into revamping the menu at Maggie Joan’s to a Modern European theme.
