Tender, juicy, and most importantly, very flavourful! Was I too hungry? Initially, I thought this would taste like the usual tze char kopi-O pork ribs, but it was not! It could fit as a high-priced main at a posh restaurant! For $16, this goes very well with my couscous grains ($3, lightly mixed with chives)! On a Tuesday evening, this place is quiet, and it has happy hour until 8.30! Located at the old NOL Building, near Labrador MRT and opposite Gillian Barracks; it's a great place for a quiet weeknight dinner!
