This wagyu cheese burger ($26++) is surprisingly a notch above the rest! The beef patty had a beautiful medium rare interior, juicy and savoury. It is layered with maple glazed bacon, it’s sweetness giving dimension of flavour. Would have liked a stronger cheese but we enjoyed this greatly on a whole! Also had my all-time favourite crab pasta ($24++) - have read of some misses from other reviewers, but it never disappoints with its thick sauce and generous portion of crab meat.
