The intensity of amount of green colour of the dish may appear a little overwhelming but taste wise, it packs much herb flavour without being too pungent. The sprinkle of feta cheese adds to the creaminess of the pasta (who knew pesto sauce could be made to taste so good??), which is a rather surprising combination in my opinion. The potatoes cubes mashed into the pasta is a little weird (like carb in carb), but I really like the crunchy grilled cucumber slices in it.
