New to the Fish & Co. menu is a trio of savoury Broth-Pots and pictured is the Caribbean Cajun ($44.95) flavour that has a medley of seafood such as prawns, scallops, mussels and clams cooked in a Cajun spice spiked broth and sweetened with corn on the cob.

Served with a portion of paella rice, each broth pot is able to feed two.

It can get quite greasy as you will see the pool of oil slowly emerging as you slowly pick the seafood off the pot. Also, the flavouring tastes very close to an XO sauce instead of a Cajun broth.
