Made mini hojicha pavlovas w/ matcha cream, topped with more hojicha powder and Alishan Tea Jelly! Decent first try, still a lot to improve on! The strong tea flavor from @matchayasg 's premium Matcha and Hojicha powder really made a huge difference to the entire balance of the flavour, tho I still think abit of fruits will make it better! Hah
