Wow. Looks right out of iron chef. Pork belly ftw!

Thanks. Used fresh unfrozen pork from Indonesia. Got the recipe (plus a bit of tweak) from "Great British Food Revival". Prefer the Spanish Cochinillo Asado whereby they could cut the pork with plate thou. I guess piglet offer better texture.
