Always a good meal with family here and even though prices have increased over the years, we have never found another steamed Song fish head that comes close! The fish is fresh, sauce is savoury and the dish is drizzled with crispy pork lard.

The tangy and spicy chili also deserves a star as it goes very well with the pork liver and kidney.

Joo heng is always consistent and definitely understated, must try!!!!
