Kim Heng Roasted Meat is a popular food stall in Singapore that specialises in traditional Chinese roasted meats, such as char siew (barbecue pork), siew yoke (roast pork belly), and roasted duck. They have the Singapore Best Foods award from 2019 that specialises in traditional Chinese roasted meats, such as char siew, siew yoke, and roasted duck. Have been serving customers for over 20 years with high-quality meats, which are marinated and roasted to perfection using traditional techniques. There are 3 branches :

The Toa Payoh outlet was a short distance from the MRT station, offering a wide variety of roasted meat and steamed soups. Service was smooth and quick. There’s condiments such as chilli sauce, chilli paste, and pickled sliced green chilli to help yourself to.

Pork Ribs & Roasted Pork Rice 排骨烧肉饭 (S$6.30)
My favourite part of the meal was the juicy flavourful pork ribs. Finger licking good! Gravy was served separately for the rice.

Roasted Duck & Char Siew Noodle 烧鸭叉烧面 (S$6.30)
I love the roasted duck was served deboned accompanied with green topped with crispy garlic.

Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup 冬瓜排骨汤 (S$3.30)
The meat was tender with soft bones in them. The winter melon was melt in the mouth.

Bitter Gourd Pork Ribs Soup 苦瓜排骨汤 (S$3.30)
I seldom eat bitter gourd due to it’s bitter taste but here the bitterness was mild.
