When there is fried chicken, curry, free-flow pork lard and Mee Kia, call me. Got really really excited when I saw this surface on Instagram and Burpple and made a note that I must try this out. Made a beeline for it and no regrets at all โ€” thick curry zhup that's flavourful from the right proportions of coconut milk and other ingredients and thick, generous slices of fried chicken that's all comforting for the soul alongside springy noodles that holds up itself well against the curry sauce. As if that's not good enough, spam the fried pork lard at the side onto your plate of noodles to get that satisfying crunch of savoury goodness. It's everything I love and would want to have in an entire plate, and this stall just does everything so well that I think I am more than just sold!
