Many people are raving about the Lemongrass Pork Ribs which I admit is very good.
The pork ribs are marinated with a special sauce for 24 hours, deep fried until a crispy exterior is achieved, then steamed, a process that keeps the meats tender and juicy, then stir fried.
Love licking off the sauce.
