Having steamboat at home using ππΆπ»π΄ πππΌ πππΌ ππΌππ½πΌπ ingredient and soup base. For soup base i choose their beauty collagen broth and abalone, their soup base is so rich and good , really love it ππ small abalone, woldberries , tofu and red dates can be found inside.
We picked some ingredient , assorted vegetable platter, enoki mushroom , cheesy chicken ball , pork meatball paste , pork slice and fried man tou.
Fried man tou is so good π€€π€€not too oily at all , drizzle with the condense milk is the best combo! π
