Differs slightly from the online menu but might be a seasonal thing? Many of the components, particularly the fish based ones are really an acquired taste. Pickled herring itself was rather soft in an interesting way, and slightly sour. The salmon roe paste was super umami but very fishy as well, good in small portions with the salad. Hard to imagine but the cheese was one of the easiest items to swallow on the platter, being very soft, creamy and slightly crumbly
