Feast your eyes on these babies and take a moment to appreciate that titillating sheen of Indochili’s secret sweet & savoury sauce. Also the charred, blackened edges, sporadically present all over each skewer which speaks volumes about the excellence of their cooking method. Each skewer is so well done, I can’t even taste the characteristic gamey taste (common in traditional Singaporean beef satay) above everything else. Could’ve been a tad less tough, but I’m more than satisfied with this!
