Homemade dinner I whipped up just now, salad, pork chops and my favourite caramelised onions with fresh mushrooms.

Whipped up some cold angel hair in Japanese Sesame dressing and corn topped with yummy NZ meatballs tasting just like Ikea's!

The Jap sesame sauce is so addictive that I had to make another serving of pasta!

I guess it's okay to cheat as long as you payback by burning more.

Super late lunch: Homemade Laksa and Onsen Tamago!

Yummy baked pasta casserole almost done!

Making baked eggs in bacon cups for dinner!

Quick brunch: udon w Doenjang, Gochujang and 'ikea' meatballs.

So much crackers for my cheesecake base.

Having a slice of Tofu Cheesecake I made the other day before dinner!

Tonight's dinner: Grilled Portobello with Cheddar and Mozzarella!
