Someone plzzzz tell me I'm not the last one to find out about truffle ramen?!?!!!!! Chanced upon this ramen stall 4 da 1st time and I'm in luvvvvv. Was on my way to have some photogenic looking hvala when I chanced upon it -- saw truffle ramen and I knew that I HAVE TO HAVE IT. So yup, the truffle ramen is served dry and with sliced truffle from Italy ($16.90), I added an ajitama (egg @ $2), the truffle smell and taste was very distinct, noodles was firm and very qq 😁😁😁 only down point was that it can get very dry so if they've like soup by the side, it'll be good!!! The flaming hot tonkotsu ramen with additional charshu ($14.9+$4) was spicy but i guess it overpowers the original broth so unless you really like your food spicy, go for their signature ramen (the next table was singing praises for it 😭😭😭😭) The chicken gyoza ($5.90) fell short though, still like those from gyoza-ya best 😍😍😍 OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT, THE CHARSHU IS DAMN GOOD, try it and you will know what I mean. Three hours post dinner and I haven't had another cup of green tea, guess they really live up to what they say about being MSG free.
