Someone plzzzz tell me I'm not the last one to find out about truffle ramen?!?!!!!! Chanced upon this ramen stall 4 da 1st time and I'm in luvvvvv. Was on my way to have some photogenic looking hvala when I chanced upon it -- saw truffle ramen and I knew that I HAVE TO HAVE IT. So yup, the truffle ramen is served dry and with sliced truffle from Italy ($16.90), I added an ajitama (egg @ $2), the truffle smell and taste was very distinct, noodles was firm and very qq πππ only down point was that it can get very dry so if they've like soup by the side, it'll be good!!! The flaming hot tonkotsu ramen with additional charshu ($14.9+$4) was spicy but i guess it overpowers the original broth so unless you really like your food spicy, go for their signature ramen (the next table was singing praises for it ππππ) The chicken gyoza ($5.90) fell short though, still like those from gyoza-ya best πππ OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT, THE CHARSHU IS DAMN GOOD, try it and you will know what I mean. Three hours post dinner and I haven't had another cup of green tea, guess they really live up to what they say about being MSG free.
