I liked how its broth is slightly toned down and less peppery than the bkk one i remembered (where i struggled to get by) and reminiscent of bakkuteh. My favourite part got to be how the roast pork remains ever so crispy in the soup, they must have mastered the magic how. The fish sausage and pork belly is good too (no innards for me)

The chefs learnt this from the bkk yaowarat kuaychap. In an air-conned setting and with thai music playing the background, its a comfy setting to enjoy this dish - esp come supper time. I came here during lunch and its spacious :)
