The crispyness is spot on, while meat is still moist. (Forget about the oil, it's deepfried food afterall.. what do u expect?) The waffle has that crunchy texture on the outside with a fluff inside. Served with coleslaw, that somehow I feel can be more improve to give the whole dish more kick in the flavor and texture. #burpple
