Early bird catches the worm at a breadsmith that shows off a wood-fired oven through a glass window which bakes thick crust and denser sourdough and brioche bread which are featured in their menu • First visit here in the early hours on a cloudy weekend, eyeing only on the breakfast menu and a cup of medium roasted coffee, slightly more towards the acidic taste • A puffy pleasure in the middle with a crispier “wall” - the golden German Bismarck pancake (who says it’s only for dessert right ???) which is a whole lot lighter than a normal pancake.
