There are 2 kway chap stalls here at Holland Drive Food Centre and we tried out Blanco Court’s first! Unfortunately thought it was quite average, though the intestines were well cleaned. The flavour of their broth and braised items leaned to a lighter end. Might want to skip on the salted vegetables as they were a lot saltier than the usuals.
