Curry Fish Head ($15)

This claypot of curry fish head had us crowding round it like a bunch of school kids getting excited over the recess bell! Curry was still bubbling when served! Thick, lemak golden curry gravy coated every mouthful of my rice! I made sure of that! Meat from the fish head was definitely fresh and claypot was also filled generously with the usual suspects ie. brinjal, taupok, long beans, cabbage and ladies fingers!
